Actinomyces meyerii - a species of anaerobic, gram positive, rod shaped bacteria assigned to the phylum actinobacteria. This bacteria is catalase negative, not beta hemolytic and does not hydrolyze esculin. A. Meyerii is a causative agent of actinomycosis.
