Autologous Expanded Mesenchymal Stem Cells OTI-010 - (pronounced) (aw-TAH-luh-gus. . . meh-ZEN-kih-mul. . . ) product made from special stem cells taken from a patient's bone marrow and grown in the laboratory. After a patient's bone marrow has been destroyed by treatment with total body radiation or chemotherapy, these cells are reinjected into the patient to help the bone marrow rebuild.
