Brukinsa - (pronounced) (BROO-kin-suh) A drug used to treat adults with certain types of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, including mantle cell lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma, and Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Brukinsa blocks a protein called BTK, which may help prevent cancer cells from growing. It's a type of tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
