P.), a preparation consisting of mercury dissolved in nitric acid and mixed with some fatty substance. It is made by adding 7 parts of nitric acid to 76 parts of warmed lard oil, and then mixing it with 7 parts of mercury dissolved in 10 parts of nitric acid.
