Congenital pulmonary lymphangiectasis - a congenital abnormality in the lungs characterized by the presence of dilated lymphatic vessels in the interlobar, perivascular, and peribronchial areas of the lungs. Signs and symptoms appear at birth and include tachypnea, cyanosis, and respiratory distress.
