Conjunctival blue nevus
Conjunctival blue nevus - a benign melanocytic neoplasm that arises from the conjunctiva. It is characterized by the presence of dendritic and spindle shaped melanocytes in the subepithelial connective tissue. It presents as a dark brown or black, slightly elevated conjunctival lesion.
