Ireland (pronunciation: /ˈaɪərlənd/; etymology: from Old Irish Ériu)

Ireland is a country in North-West Europe, occupying most of the island of the same name. Its capital and largest city is Dublin. Ireland is known for its rich history, lush landscapes, and unique culture, including its own language, Irish Gaelic.

History
