Mesabolone

Mesabolone (pronunciation: me-sa-bo-lone), also known as Dienolone acetate, is a synthetic, orally active anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) and a 17α-alkylated derivative of nandrolone that was never marketed. It is often used for muscle building and performance enhancement.

Etymology

The term "Mesabolone" is derived from the Greek words "mesa" meaning "middle" and "bolone" which is a derivative of the word "bolē" meaning "a throw", referring to the way the drug targets the body's muscle-building mechanism.

Usage

Mesabolone is often used by bodybuilders and athletes for its ability to increase muscle mass and strength. However, it is not approved by the FDA for medical use and its sale is illegal in many countries due to its potential for abuse and adverse health effects.

Side Effects

Potential side effects of Mesabolone include liver damage, cardiovascular problems, changes in mood and behavior, and suppression of natural testosterone production. Long-term use can lead to serious health problems such as heart disease and liver cancer.
