Polatuzumab Vedotin contains a monoclonal antibody that attaches to a protein called CD79B, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some lymphoma cells. It also contains a cancer drug that can help kill cancer cells. Polatuzumab vedotin is a type of antibody-drug conjugate. Also called Polivy
