Rechallenge (pronounced: ree-chal-inj) is a term used in the field of medicine and pharmacology to describe the process of reintroducing a drug or treatment to a patient who has previously had an adverse reaction to it. The purpose of a rechallenge is to confirm whether the initial adverse reaction was indeed caused by the drug or treatment in question.
