Tagrisso - (pronounced) (tuh-GRIH-soh) drug used to treat adults with certain types of non-small cell lung cancer that have certain mutations (changes) in the EGFR gene. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Tagrisso blocks certain proteins made by the mutated EGFR gene, which can help prevent cancer cells from growing and kill them.
