Enzima elaborada por el riñón y que se encuentra en la orina. Una forma de esta enzima se produce en el laboratorio y se usa para disolver coágulos de sangre o impedir que estos se formen. También se llama activador plasminógeno urocinasa, uPA y uroquinasa.
