FOLFIRI-bevacizumab - (pronounced) (. . . beh-vuh-SIH-zoo-mab) A chemotherapy combination for the initial treatment of colon cancer that has spread. It includes the drugs leucovorin (folinic acid), fluorouracil, irinotecan hydrochloride, and bevacizumab. Also known as the FOLFIRI Avastin regimen and the FOLFIRI Bevacizumab regimen
