FOLFOX-6 - (pronounced) An acronym for a combination chemotherapy regimen used to treat colorectal cancer. It includes the drugs leucovorin calcium (folinic acid), fluorouracil, and oxaliplatin. There are different FOLFOX regimens that differ in the dosage and manner of administration of the three drugs. Also known as the FOLFOX 6 cycle
