Short definitionpaclitaxel-loaded polymeric micelle - (pronounced) (PA-klih-TAK-sil-LOH-ded PAH-lih-MAYR-ik MY-sel) A form of the anti-cancer drug paclitaxel used to treat breast cancer, ovarian cancer and AIDS-related Kaposi's sarcoma. It is also used with another drug to treat non-small cell lung cancer.
