| Description |
English: Popara - meal made from left over from fresh bread, best if the bread is 3 days old. The bread is cut into cubes and then mixed with boiling water. It takes few minutes until the bread is moist. At the end, warm spoon of kaymak or pork lard is poured over the popara, and spread cheese over the top. |
