Description This photo shows an ICE agent making an arrest. It was released in conjunction with Operation Pipeline Express. Operation Pipeline Express (press release) was an action carried out by Homeland Security Investigations, a branch of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Officials announced the discovery of a large drug trafficking operation from Mexico into Arizona.
