Summary
Description	The cytologic benignity of most subependymomas is apparent at high magnification of this fourth ventricular lesion. Note the markedly uniform delicate nuclei, relative lack of perinuclear cytoplasm, and the finely fibrillar background produced by aggregates of long cell processes.
