Old birth certificate is amended to correct sex designation
State does not alter sex on birth certificates for transsexuals; In Idaho, although a Bill was passed by the House in February 2020, forbidding the state to alter Birth Certificates for Transgender people, it has been made moot due to a court ruling in 2018, so how enforceable the Bill is, is currently ambiguous
