We also had to have the น้ำตก Nam Tok noodles, commonly known as Boat Noodles, with a soup thickened with blood and occasionally topped with shredded ganja leaves! Think medium rare steak and the minerally flavour that defines it and you'll love the soup, that also has lots of garlic and spices to round off the complex flavours. This น้ำตก Nam Tok was also topped with little cubes of fried pork lard complete with crackling for that extra crunch! Another change in management and a slight twist to the name.
