Neben dem deutlich erkennbaren Blutfluss (beachte die Blutansammlung im unteren Blatt des Spekulums) sieht man eine faltige Struktur unterhalb des Muttermundes, die auf eine nach hinten geneigte Gebärmutter (retrovertierter Uterus) hindeutet.
English: Cervix uteri of a 39-year-old multiparous woman on the 1st day of her menstrual bleeding, examinde with a transparent Cusco vaginal speculum size L. Beside the clearly visible flow of menstrual blood (note the amount of blood on the lower blade of the speculum), there is a wrinkled structure of tissue visible below the cervix, which indicates a retroverted uterus. |
