Alcohol dehydrogenase immunoreactivity in a normal cornea, Fuchs’ dystrophy cornea, and keratoconus cornea. Diaminobenzidine (DAB) brown staining of the keratocytes of normal corneas and Fuchs’ dystrophy corneas indicates presence of alcohol dehydrogenase in contrast to keratoconus keratocytes. Mol Vis. 2009; 15: 706–712. Published online 2009 April 10.Русский: Иммунореактивность алкогольдегидрогеназы в здоровой роговице, при дистрофии Фукса, и в роговице, пораженной кератоконусом. Заметно коричневое окрашивание кератоцитов (роговичных фибробластов) в норме и при дистрофии Фукса. При кератоконусе содержание фермента значительно снижено.
