Description

Mid-City New Orleans: Signage for "Sacred Heart Activity Center" has been vandalized to read "Sacred Fart Activity Center".

Note remains of floodlines from the 2005 Hurricane Katrina levee failure disaster still not fully erased more than 4 years later.
