BSH - A substance used in a form of radiation therapy called boron neutron capture therapy. BSH is injected into a vein and accumulates in tumor cells. The patient is then given radiation treatment using atomic particles called neutrons. The neutrons react with the boron in BSH, creating radioactive particles that kill the tumor cells without harming normal cells. Also called sodium borocaptate
