Miranda Esmonde-White (pronunciation: mi-RAN-da ES-mond-WHITE) is a Canadian fitness trainer, author, and former professional ballerina best known for her fitness program, Essentrics.

Etymology

Biography

Miranda Esmonde-White was born in 1949 in Montreal, Canada. She began her career as a professional ballerina with the National Ballet of Canada. After retiring from ballet, she developed the Essentrics workout program, which combines elements of ballet, tai chi, and physiotherapy to promote flexibility and strength.
