Ninlaro - (pronounced) (nin-LAR-oh) drug used with lenalidomide and dexamethasone to treat multiple myeloma. It is used in patients who have received at least one other cancer treatment. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Ninlaro blocks the action of enzymes called proteasomes, which can help stop cancer cells from growing and kill them. It's a type of proteasome inhibitor. Also called ixazomib citrate
