Penile

Penile (pronounced: /ˈpiːnaɪl/), derived from the Latin word penis, which means "tail", is an adjective that refers to anything related to the penis, the male genital organ of mammals.

Anatomy

The penis is a part of the male reproductive and urinary systems. It has a shaft and an opening through which urine and semen pass. The main parts of the penis are the root, body, and the glans penis. The root is attached to the pelvic bone, while the body and the glans make up the free-hanging part of the penis.
