Alexander Monro Primus

Alexander Monro Primus (pronounced: /ˈælɪgˌzændər ˈmʌnroʊ ˈpraɪməs/), born on 8th September 1697 and died on 10th July 1767, was a Scottish anatomist and medical educator. He was the first of three generations with the same name to hold the chair of Anatomy at the University of Edinburgh.
