The Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) is a professional society for biomedical engineering and bioengineering. It was established in 1968 to promote the increase of biomedical engineering knowledge and its utilization.
History
The Biomedical Engineering Society was founded in 1968 in response to the growing need for a professional society that could represent the interests of biomedical engineers. Mission
