Boston Emergency Medical Services (BEMS) (pronunciation: /ˈbɒstən ɪˈmɜːrdʒənsi ˈmɛdɪkəl ˈsɜːrvɪsɪz/) is the primary provider of Emergency Medical Services in the city of Boston, Massachusetts.

Boston Emergency Medical Services was established in 1892 as the Boston City Hospital Ambulance Service. It was the first publicly-funded EMS agency in the United States.
