Brain Research UK (pronounced: /breɪn rɪˈsɜːrtʃ juː keɪ/) is a medical research charity based in the United Kingdom. The organization is dedicated to funding world-class research to discover the causes, develop treatments, and improve the lives of those affected by neurological conditions and brain injuries.

Brain Research UK was established in 1971 as the Brain Research Trust. The organization changed its name to Brain Research UK in 2018 to better reflect its mission and focus.
