Instructions
Follow these steps to prepare Chicken Chasseur:

Cook until browned on all sides, then remove from the skillet and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent. 4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown. 5. Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir well to coat. 6. Pour in the white wine and cook for a few minutes until it reduces slightly. 7. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, tomato paste, dried thyme, and dried parsley to the skillet. Stir well to combine. 8. Return the chicken to the skillet, nestling it into the sauce. 9. Cover the skillet and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. 10. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. 11. Serve the Chicken Chasseur hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Variations
While the traditional Chicken Chasseur recipe calls for chicken thighs and drumsticks, you can also use chicken breasts if you prefer. Additionally, you can add other vegetables such as bell peppers or carrots to the dish for added flavor and texture.
