DOCARE (pronounced doe-care) is an international outreach program of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) that provides medical aid, education, and relief to underprivileged communities around the world.

The term "DOCARE" is an acronym that stands for Doctors Of Chicago Aiding Residents Everywhere. It was founded in 1961 by a group of osteopathic physicians from Chicago who were committed to providing medical aid to those in need.
