  • Enzyme Inhibitors  (1444) • Compounds or agents that combine with an enzyme in such a manner as to prevent the normal substrate-enzyme combination and the catalytic reaction.





  • Estrogen Antagonists  (38) • Compounds which inhibit or antagonize the action or biosynthesis of estrogenic compounds.


  • Estrogen Receptor Modulators  (33) • Substances that possess antiestrogenic actions but can also produce estrogenic effects as well. They act as complete or partial agonist or as antagonist. They can be either steroidal or nonsteroidal in structure.
