Drug culture (/drʌɡ kʌltʃər/), also known as Substance culture, is a societal phenomenon that encompasses the behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs associated with the use of mind-altering substances, including but not limited to Psychoactive drugs and Alcohol.

The term "drug culture" is derived from the English words "drug", which originates from the Old French "drogue" meaning 'supply, stock, provision', and "culture", which comes from the Latin "cultura" meaning 'growing, cultivation'.
