Al setembre es quan a la Marina veremen el raïm de moscatell en el seu punt de maduresa, després s'escalda a una caldera amb aigua i llexiu i s'asseca al sol durant dies sobre uns canyissos. Per la nit o quan plou s'empilen un d'alt de l'altre i es protegeixen de la humitat o de la pluja. |
