The most recent data available is from 2009, some of the data is as old as 1978 though. no data less than 1 1-3 3-6 6-9 9-12 12-15 15-18 18-21 21-24 24-27 27-30 more than 30 Note: I interpreted France in the data as including the overseas departments of Reunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana as they are integral parts of France. China does not include the SARs of Hong Kong and Macao. Also the China data notes that it's for "Selected rural & urban areas".
