A Graduate Nurse (pronunciation: /ˈɡradʒʊət nɜːrs/) is a term used to describe a nurse who has recently graduated from a nursing school and is yet to be licensed or registered.

The term "Graduate Nurse" is derived from the English language, where "graduate" refers to a person who has successfully completed a course of study or training, especially a person who has been awarded an undergraduate academic degree.
