Half Acre Beer Company was established in 2006 by Gabriel Magliaro, a passionate beer enthusiast. The brewery started as a small operation in a residential basement on Lincoln Avenue in Chicago. Over time, it gained popularity and expanded its production capacity.
In 2008, Half Acre Beer Company opened its first production facility and taproom in the North Center neighborhood of Chicago. This allowed them to increase their brewing capacity and offer a space for beer enthusiasts to enjoy their creations.
