IDC-P - A type of cancer that usually begins in the glandular (secretory) tissue that lines the prostate and spreads to the ducts within the prostate. IDC-P tends to be large when found and tends to grow rapidly and spread to other parts of the body. It usually has a poor prognosis (chances of recovery) and is likely to come back after treatment. Also called intraductal prostate carcinoma and intraductal prostate carcinoma
