NSP6 (rotavirus)

NSP6 is a non-structural protein found in the rotavirus family. It is one of the eleven proteins produced by the virus and plays a crucial role in the virus's replication cycle.

Structure

NSP6 is a small, hydrophobic protein that is approximately 8 kilodaltons in size. It is encoded by the eleventh segment of the rotavirus genome. Function

Clinical significance
