nimotuzumab - (pronounced) (ny-moh-TOO-zoo-mab) substance being studied to treat some types of cancer. Nimotuzumab attaches to a protein called epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), which is found on some normal cells and some types of cancer cells.
