PANVAC-V - (pronounced) A cancer vaccine made with a form of the vaccinia virus that doesn't cause disease in humans. It is being studied to treat some types of cancer. The virus is modified in the lab to make human proteins, including tumor markers called CEA and MUC-1, which can help immune cells in the body kill tumor cells. Also known as Inalimarev and recombinant vaccinia-CEA-MUC-1-TRICOM vaccine
