Pamela Denise Anderson (born July 1, 1967) is a Canadian-American actress, model, and media personality. She is best known for her roles on the television series Baywatch and Home Improvement, as well as her appearances in Playboy magazine.
Early Life
Pamela Anderson was born in Ladysmith, British Columbia, Canada. She is of Finnish and Russian descent. Anderson attended Ecole Highland Secondary School in Comox, British Columbia. After graduating in 1985, she moved to Vancouver and worked as a fitness instructor.
Career
Modeling
Anderson's career began when she was discovered at a British Columbia Lions football game. She was featured on the stadium screen wearing a Labatt's Beer T-shirt, which led to a modeling contract with Playboy. Anderson became a Playboy Playmate in February 1990 and has appeared on more Playboy covers than any other model.
Acting
Anderson gained international recognition for her role as C.J. Parker on the television series Baywatch, which she starred in from 1992 to 1997. She also played the role of Lisa on the hit series Home Improvement from 1991 to 1993. Anderson has appeared in various films, including Barb Wire and Scary Movie 3.
Other Ventures
In addition to her acting and modeling career, Anderson has been involved in various other ventures. She has written several books, including her autobiography, "Star: A Novel," and its sequel, "Star Struck." Anderson has also participated in reality television shows such as Dancing with the Stars and Big Brother.
Personal Life
Anderson has been married multiple times, including to Tommy Lee, drummer of Mötley Crüe, and musician Kid Rock. She has two sons, Brandon Thomas and Dylan Jagger, with Tommy Lee.
