Realgar/Indigo naturalis (pronunciation: ree-al-gar/ in-di-go nat-u-ral-is) is a traditional Chinese medicine formulation used in the treatment of various diseases.

The term Realgar is derived from the Arabic word "rahj al-ġār" meaning "powder of the cave". Indigo naturalis, also known as Qing Dai in Chinese, is derived from the Latin word "indicum", meaning "from India", and "naturalis", meaning "natural".
