Ruthenium(IV) oxide
Ruthenium(IV) oxide is a chemical compound with the formula RuO2. This solid material is the most common oxide of ruthenium. It is widely used in electrochemistry, as a catalyst, and for thin film resistors. Properties
Ruthenium(IV) oxide is a black solid that crystallizes in the rutile structure.
