St. Joseph Mercy Hospital is a Catholic hospital located in Georgetown, Guyana. It was established in 1945 by the members of the Sword of the Spirit movement. The hospital includes a School of Nursing. In 2010, the oldest wing of the hospital was destroyed in a fire. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hospital opened a specialized treatment ward in 2020.
