History
Stacy Madison and Mark Andrus started their business as a sandwich cart in Boston, Massachusetts. They began baking pita bread into chips as a way to utilize leftover product. The chips quickly became a popular item, leading to the creation of Stacy's Pita Chips.
In 2006, Stacy's Pita Chips was acquired by PepsiCo, becoming a part of the Frito-Lay family of brands. Despite the acquisition, the brand has maintained its commitment to creating high-quality, delicious snack products.
