Tecvayli - (tek-VAY-lee) drug used to treat adults with multiple myeloma that has returned or failed to improve after treatment with at least four other cancer therapies, including an immunomodulatory agent, a proteasome inhibitor, and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody. Tecvayli attaches to a protein called CD3 found on T cells (a type of white blood cell). It also attaches to a protein called BCMA, which is found on myeloma cells and some B cells (another type of white blood cell). This can help the immune system kill cancer cells. Tecvayli is a type of bispecific monoclonal antibody. Also called teclistamab
