Nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) such as Cdn-certified registered nurse anesthe, administer anesthesia and provide care before, during, and after surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, and obstetrical procedures. During the procedure, they monitor the patient’s vital signs and adjust the anesthesia as necessary.
